Who are we?

Female Speaking Berlin, founded by Dyane Neiman and Esther de Bruijn, is dedicated to empowering women through the art of public speaking.

With their shared theatrical backgrounds, Dyane and Esther are masters at storytelling, effective communication and taking the stage with confidence.

Dyane and Esther, representing two different generations of women, create a supportive environment where all women feel valued and seen. Their workshops are designed to connect and uplift female voices, creating a space where the power of working with women only, works its magic.

At Female Speaking Berlin, our mission is to inspire and equip women with the confidence and skills to speak up and share their message in any setting. Through engaging, professional and supportive training methods, we empower women to share their voices with the world.

We envision a future where more women confidently share their ideas, take on leadership roles and run for office - shaping a more inclusive and equal world.

You don’t need to be a convinced feminist, a successful leader or anything other than who you are. Whether you're a seasoned professional or just beginning your journey: all you need is to be yourself—a woman or someone who identifies as one. Our shared human experience as females connects us in a compassionate way, fostering traits like humility, empathy, emotional intelligence, powerful vulnerability and kindness. Our trainings create space for these qualities to come to the surface, to take up the space they deserve and to be acknowledged by yourself and the women around you.

Dyane Neiman

is an American born, NYC-Bred, Berlin-based communications trainer since 2011.

Dyane started without words, as a choreographer, performer and director; the recipient of 3 consecutive awards for her "outstanding achievement" in the field of theater.

Since 2011, she has been training & coaching purpose-driven women to speak and lead with more skill and confidence. She helped them to discover the power of their voice, wisdom and stories to move people to action. Find out more here.

In 2015, she founded and continues to direct Berlin’s popular open stage for true, personal stories: THE BEAR.

Esther de Bruijn

Born in the Netherlands and currently based in Berlin, Esther de Bruijn brings a rich blend of theatre experience and educational expertise to her coaching. With roots in the theatre world, Esther has stood on many stages, understanding both the nerves and the joy that come with public speaking.

Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Education, Esther transforms her stage experiences into effective coaching methods, helping others find their voice and stand confidently before an audience. Her workshops are designed to create a safe space where participants can step out of their comfort zones, explore their potential, and express themselves authentically—all guided by her positive energy.

Esther's diverse coaching portfolio includes working with professionals from various fields such as care and social work, business, and the cultural sector.
