4-month program:
FEMALE SPEAKER
In this four month program, you and your female colleagues will embark on a transformative journey of growth and empowerment, honing your public speaking skills while building confidence and community.
What to expect
Each month, we’ll gather for a full-day seminar—held either at your company or at an inspiring external venue. Each session will be dedicated to a specific topic: voice and body language, building confidence, mastering storytelling and defining your professional vision and mission.
Between sessions
At the end of each seminar, you’ll set a personal goal for the upcoming month—something you’re eager to practice, achieve, or experiment with. Between sessions, we’ll stay connected in a supportive and informal way, sharing challenges, progress ánd victories.
Why a 4-month program?
The extended program gives you the opportunity to deeply immerse yourself in your personal development. You’ll have lots of time to acquire new skills and—more importantly—practice them repeatedly. Confidence in public speaking and taking up your space is built through consistent practice in a safe environment. In this time period, you can reflect on your new learnt skills and experiences and practice and integrate them in the ‘real’ world.

Building community
As you progress through the program, a strong sense of community will naturally emerge. You’ll experience the power of working alongside other women, discovering shared strengths and celebrating each other’s successes. This program is more than just skills training—it’s about building a network of support and encouragement. Even when you find yourself as the only woman in the room, you’ll carry with you the strength of this community, knowing that you’re never truly alone.

Time & commitment: 4 full-day (8-hour) seminars over a period of 4 months.
Optional: Between seminars, we encourage casual check-ins to stay connected and support one another, though participation is entirely voluntary.
