Creative Design & Social Media Intern (Mandatory/University Credit)
Location: Berlin
Duration: 3–6 Months (Must be a requirement of your degree)
Stipend: Monthly travel (BVG ticket) + lunch allowance
About Us
Female Speaking Berlin is a women-led company on a mission to close the gender gap in public speaking. We empower women*, from early-career professionals to CEOs, by providing the tools, feedback, and community they need to become confident, effective speakers. We believe that when more women’s voices are used & heard, the world changes for the better!
The Role & Your Design Challenge
We are looking for a creative, mission-driven student to help us shape our visual identity and digital presence. Our target group is unique: professional women aged 25–65.
Your challenge is to help us create a brand aesthetic that feels both highly professional and authoritative (for leadership) while remaining fresh, empowering and community-focused.
Your tasks will include:
Social Media: Designing and posting engaging content for Instagram (Reels, Stories, Posts).
Branding: Help evolve our logo and visual language.
Templates: Creating professional templates for socials, invoices, presentation slides, and workshop proposals.
Impact: Brainstorming how to visually communicate the power of our mission.
Collaborating with our Webflow developer for website
Who You Are
You are currently enrolled in a University program (Design, Visual Communication, or Marketing).
Legal Requirement: You are seeking a Mandatory Internship (Pflichtpraktikum) as part of your studies (proof from your university will be required).
You are passionate about gender equality and women’s empowerment.
You have an eye for clean, professional design and a desire to understand our target demographic (women 25-65).
You speak and write good English.
